MALL for Lifelong Learning
An interactive, scroll-driven research showcase on older adults using Duolingo for self-directed language learning.
Built for Jihye Kim's doctoral dissertation at USF's Department of World Languages. The site presents research on adults aged 60–83 using Duolingo in informal, self-directed contexts—challenging deficit-based narratives about older adults and technology. Features scroll-driven animations, entrance transitions, and number tickers to bring the research data to life. Built with React 19, Tailwind CSS v4, and Motion.
